Agencies rely on GovTech systems for their day-to-day communication work, and those systems change over time. Aigistry’s job is to keep the published record portable — not to become
the only place it lives.
Provider-Controlled Records
Participating GovTech Providers manage the operational systems where agencies create, approve, and publish. Reports, CSV exports, and audit history live in the Provider’s own dashboard — Aigistry doesn’t hold or gate that operational data. Aigistry preserves the structured publication record: authority attribution, provenance, and timestamps.
Aigistry preserves attribution, provenance, verification status, and timestamps for every published record. Historical reporting, exports, and audit history remain functions of the participating GovTech Provider.
GovTech Provider Implementation
Portability capabilities vary between participating GovTech Providers, since each maintains its own reporting, export, and retention systems.
Reports and Dashboards
Providers may expose National AI Feed activity and publishing history directly inside their own client dashboards.
CSV Downloads and Exports
Providers may support CSV downloads or other structured exports based on their own platform capabilities.
Historical Access
Providers remain the appropriate source for client-facing history, audit views, and reporting access.
