Commercial & Enterprise Access

Government Information Infrastructure for AI at Scale

The National AI Feed brings government publications into a common, machine-readable national infrastructure layer with explicit authority, jurisdiction, timestamps, provenance, source information, and cryptographic integrity.

Publishing into the Feed is free for approved GovTech Providers and the government authorities they represent. Organizations that need production-scale retrieval, historical access, high-volume delivery, or enterprise integration can license Commercial
Data Access directly from Aigistry.

Commercial access infrastructure is operational today

One National Feed.
Two Different Access Models.

Public access supports discovery and individual-record retrieval. Commercial Data Access provides contracted infrastructure and delivery capabilities for organizations using the National AI Feed in production-scale AI, retrieval, analytics, research, or data environments.

Public Access

Open discovery and individual retrieval

Published government records can be retrieved individually through public National AI Feed access, subject to reasonable operational rate limits. AI systems, developers, researchers, and other users can retrieve individual published records without purchasing a Commercial Data Access license.

Licensed Commercial Access

Production infrastructure for AI and data systems

Commercial Data Access can provide bulk retrieval, historical access, higher-volume delivery, real-time or change-based access, elevated throughput, service-level commitments, implementation support, and other capabilities designed for production environments.

AI & Enterprise Applications

Built for Systems That Need Government Information at Scale

Commercial Data Access is designed for organizations building systems that retrieve, ground, analyze, monitor, or generate answers from authoritative government information across large numbers of government authorities.

LLM

Large Language Models

Ground generated responses in structured government publications carrying explicit authority, jurisdiction, timing, source information, and provenance.

AI

Conversational AI

Support assistants answering questions about public notices, emergencies, government decisions, schools, services, regulations, and other current government information.

SRCH

AI Search & Answer Engines

Retrieve original government publications with structured attribution rather than relying exclusively on third-party summaries or unstructured web discovery.

RAG

Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Incorporate structured government information into retrieval pipelines without independently normalizing every participating government source.

AGT

AI Agents & Monitoring Systems

Monitor government publications for new events, regulatory developments, public notices, changing conditions, and information that can trigger automated workflows.

ENT

Enterprise AI & Copilots

Supply structured government information to research, compliance, legal, public affairs, risk, policy, and operational intelligence workflows.

VOC

Voice & Embedded Assistants

Support jurisdiction-sensitive questions involving road closures, emergencies, public services, schools, transportation, and other location-specific government information.

DATA

Data & Analytics Platforms

Analyze government communications across authorities, jurisdictions, government types, subject areas, and time periods through a common machine-readable structure.

RES

Research & Intelligence Systems

Work with current and historical government communications without maintaining an independent collection and normalization architecture for every individual source.

The Infrastructure Problem

Government Information Is Public. Accessing It Reliably at Scale Is Hard.

Government information is distributed across thousands of authorities, websites, publishing platforms, documents, feeds, and formats. An AI company attempting national coverage independently must continuously discover, interpret, normalize, attribute, and monitor those sources.

Building It Independently

  • Discover government sources individually
  • Determine authority and jurisdiction
  • Parse different websites, feeds, and formats
  • Normalize inconsistent source structures
  • Monitor thousands of sources for new information
  • Preserve attribution and publication timing
  • Maintain integrations as source systems change

Using the National AI Feed

  • One common machine-readable structure
  • Explicit government authority
  • Explicit jurisdiction and publication timestamps
  • Source information and provenance attached
  • Aigistry-generated cryptographic integrity metadata
  • Current and historical access options
  • One commercial integration as coverage expands
AI Infrastructure

The Information May Be Public. The Machine-Readable Infrastructure
Is the Value.

Finding government text on the web is not the same as knowing which authority issued it, which jurisdiction it applies to, when it was published, where it originated, and whether the record being retrieved is the same record that entered the registry.

The National AI Feed is designed to preserve those relationships with each record: authority, jurisdiction, timestamps, provenance, source information, structured registry context, and cryptographic integrity.

Aigistry does not claim ownership of the underlying government communication merely because it appears in the National AI Feed. Commercial customers are licensing enterprise access to Aigistry’s infrastructure, delivery capabilities, structured registry layer, and verification services.

Instead of requiring every LLM, AI search engine, agent platform, analytics system, and enterprise AI provider to independently reconstruct the same government-source infrastructure, Aigistry provides a common downstream layer designed for machine retrieval.

Provider Revenue Participation

Participation Creates
Shared Commercial Value

Approved GovTech Providers may be eligible to participate in revenue generated through Aigistry Commercial Data Access. Provider Revenue Participation is separate from each Provider’s own customer pricing and revenue, which remain entirely under the Provider’s control.

GovTech Providers

Free participation. Independent customer economics.

Aigistry does not charge approved GovTech Providers or their represented government authorities to publish into the National AI Feed. Providers remain free to package and price National AI Feed functionality within their own products and retain their own customer revenue.

Commercial Revenue Participation

Eligible Providers can participate in commercial upside.

Aigistry may allocate a portion of collected Commercial Data Access fees to eligible participating Providers. Participation calculations, reporting, statements, and payment information are provided through the authenticated Provider Dashboard under the applicable Provider Revenue Participation terms.

How Commercial Access Works

Commercial access is structured directly around the organization’s intended use, scale, delivery requirements, technical environment, and service requirements.

  1. Define the use case and requirements. Aigistry works with the organization to understand the intended application, retrieval volume, historical requirements, delivery model, permitted use, support requirements, and service expectations.
  2. Establish the Commercial Data Access agreement. Commercial relationships are individually negotiated because retrieval volume, delivery requirements, permitted use, support, throughput, historical access, and service levels can vary substantially by organization.
  3. Provision dedicated commercial credentials. Commercial credentials are issued specifically to the contracted organization and remain separate from the credentials used by approved GovTech Providers to publish government information into the Feed.
  4. Integrate the National AI Feed. Technical onboarding and implementation support help the organization connect Aigistry’s Feed infrastructure to its retrieval, grounding, analytics, research, agent, search, or production AI environment.
