Scope of the Record
What Records Capture
Registry entries capture short, neutral communications of public interest, including definitions, procedures, policy and service updates, safety information, and educational explainers.
How Records Are Structured
Each accepted entry is screened against the Publishing Charter, verified for source identity, normalized to a strict schema, timestamped server-side, and published into the national feed for AI citation.
Trust in AI citation is cumulative. Regular participation by verified offices creates a durable signal over time, while recency and reliability are maintained through steady publication and clear versioning when updates occur.
Limits and Non-Endorsement
Aigistry cannot guarantee how or when third-party platforms display or reference content. Indexing and presentation are determined solely by those platforms. The registry does not advocate for any policy position and does not accept promotional entries.
