Eligibility Standards

Aigistry participation is limited to the National AI Feed through approved GovTech Provider integrations and verified Authority Records. Every published record must remain traceable to a verified government publishing authority.

Government Authority Eligibility

The National AI Feed is designed for official public-sector communications published on behalf of verified government authorities. Eligible authorities may include government agencies, departments, offices, municipalities, school districts, public colleges and universities, special districts, courts, and other recognized public-sector publishing authorities.

Participation occurs through an approved GovTech Provider that maintains an established relationship with the government authority. The Provider creates and manages the Authority Record, connects its existing publishing workflow to Aigistry, and submits information on behalf of the verified authority.

What’s required

• An approved GovTech Provider relationship
• A verified Authority Record identifying the government publishing authority
• Clear jurisdictional and organizational information
• Publication through the Provider’s authorized workflow
• Information attributable to the government authority represented by the Authority Record

Authority Record Verification

An Authority Record establishes the verified relationship between an approved GovTech Provider and the government authority whose communications may be submitted to the National AI Feed.

Verification is intended to preserve the identity, jurisdiction, organizational context, and publishing authority associated with each record. Aigistry may review Authority Records and supporting information when necessary to maintain attribution integrity within the registry.

What’s not eligible

• Anonymous or unverified submissions
• Standalone agency self-registration without an approved GovTech Provider
• Private companies or commercial publishers acting as the information authority
• Advocacy, political campaign, or unofficial organizational content
• Content that cannot be reliably attributed to the government authority represented by the Authority Record

Publishing Eligibility

Eligibility of a government authority does not automatically make every piece of submitted content appropriate for the National AI Feed. Published information must represent official public-sector communication submitted through the authorized Provider relationship associated with the Authority Record.

The National AI Feed is intended to preserve authoritative government information and its provenance as that information moves into machine-readable and AI-mediated environments. It is not designed as a general public publishing platform or an open submission repository.
