Provider Integration Framework

Integration & Scaling Policy

Aigistry uses phased integration to validate Provider implementation, Authority Record workflows, publishing behavior, and registry readiness before participation scales.

One Provider Integration
Supports the Full Authority Model

Approved GovTech Providers use one consistent integration architecture to enroll government authorities, manage Authority Records, submit publications, review participation, and support National AI Feed publishing across their customer environments.

One Provider Architecture

Providers use the same API framework, credential model, Authority Record structure, and publishing workflow across participating government authorities.

Provider Deployment Layer

Approved Providers remain the operational layer for customer relationships, onboarding, Authority Records, authorization, publishing workflows, support, reporting, and implementation.

Scalable Participation

The same Provider integration can support controlled initial enrollment and expand to larger authority populations as implementation and registry operations demonstrate stability.

Approved Provider → Authority Record enrollment → Provider publishing workflow
→ Aigistry processing → National AI Feed

Integration Validation Comes
Before Scale

Large-scale participation should begin only after the Provider integration is working correctly. Before enrollment expands, Aigistry and the Provider validate how Authority Records are created, how credentials are handled, how records are published, and how operational responses are managed.

Provider Implementation Readiness

Providers should confirm that their internal systems are creating, storing, classifying, and managing Authority Records correctly before expanding enrollment volume.

Publishing Workflow Validation

Publishing behavior should be tested for authentication, idempotency keys, retry behavior, API responses, and successful National AI Feed processing.

Responsible Operational Scale

Enrollment capacity may expand as Provider workflows, publishing behavior, and registry operations demonstrate stability.

Provider approval → integration validation → initial Authority Records → publishing review
→ controlled expansion → full operational participation

Provider Integration Lifecycle

Approved GovTech Providers may move through a structured integration lifecycle before reaching full operational scale.

1. Provider Approval

Approved Providers receive access to the Provider environment and establish contacts, credentials, Authority Record workflows, publishing responsibilities, and internal implementation ownership.

2. Initial Integration Validation

The Provider validates API behavior, credential handling, Authority Record storage, duplicate prevention, response handling, and internal workflow consistency.

3. Initial Authority Enrollment

Providers begin with a controlled enrollment cohort so Authority Record structure, Provider-to-authority relationships, operational handling, and publishing readiness can be reviewed.

4. Publishing Workflow Review

Publishing activity is reviewed for attribution integrity, timestamp consistency, jurisdictional accuracy, authentication behavior, idempotency handling, and successful National AI Feed processing.

Providers demonstrating stable implementation behavior, mature operational processes, accurate Authority Record management, and consistent compliance with registry standards may participate at broader operational scale.

Why Enrollment May Be Phased

Phased enrollment protects both the Provider implementation and the National AI Feed. It allows issues to be identified early, corrected quickly, and resolved before they affect a larger authority population.

Provider Readiness Checks

  • Authority Record IDs are stored and referenced correctly
  • Authority information is captured consistently
  • API credentials are handled securely
  • Authentication failures are handled without publishing loops
  • Duplicate submissions are controlled through idempotency keys
  • Retry behavior does not create repeated publication attempts

Registry Integrity Safeguards

  • Authority Record integrity is preserved
  • Jurisdiction and attribution remain accurate
  • National AI Feed reliability is maintained
  • Provenance standards remain consistent
  • Queue processing and publication behavior remain stable
Large-Scale Participation

Structured Rollout for High-Volume Providers

Providers supporting substantial numbers of government authorities may be onboarded through structured implementation plans. These plans allow Aigistry and the Provider to validate enrollment, Authority Record handling, publishing, support, and operational workflows before expanding participation across larger authority populations.

Validate

Confirm Authority Record creation, Provider association, credential handling, Authority Record storage, publishing authorization, and operational response handling.

Review

Monitor authentication behavior, idempotency handling, publication responses, feed processing, and integration consistency.

Expand

Increase enrollment capacity as Provider workflows demonstrate stability and registry standards are met.

No Direct Agency Onboarding
at Any Scale

Scaling does not change the participation model. Government agencies do not receive direct Aigistry publishing accounts, direct agency API credentials, separate Aigistry dashboards, or direct operational hookups.

Government authorities participate through approved GovTech Providers and Provider-managed Authority Records. Providers remain the operating layer for customer relationships, workflows, onboarding, support, dashboards, reporting, exports, and operational history.

Operational Discretion

Aigistry may temporarily moderate enrollment velocity, review throughput, or publication volume when necessary to protect Provider implementation quality, registry operations, service reliability, or the integrity of the National AI Feed.

Participation growth should never compromise Provider implementation reliability, attribution integrity, Authority Record accuracy, system performance, operational continuity, or National AI Feed reliability.

Registry Principle

Built for Responsible Scale

The objective of phased integration is not to slow Provider adoption. The objective is to confirm that the Provider implementation, Authority Record lifecycle, publishing workflow, and National AI Feed pipeline are working correctly before participation expands.
