Organization Reporting
Through GovTech Systems

National AI Feed activity is designed to originate through participating GovTech communication systems, where government agencies already manage users, permissions, publishing workflows, reporting, and historical records.

Aigistry preserves verification, attribution, provenance, timestamps, jurisdiction context, and machine-readable publication records while participating providers remain responsible for operational reporting and client-facing history.

Reporting Should Exist
Where Agencies Already Work.

GovTech communication systems remain the primary operational environments for dashboards, reports, user permissions, publishing history, audit views, exports, archival access, and client-facing continuity tools.

Aigistry does not replace those systems. It operates downstream by preserving structured attribution signals for public records submitted to the National AI Feed through participating providers.

How Organization Reporting Works

Provider Reporting

Participating GovTech providers may expose organization-level reporting, publishing history, activity records, export tools, and client-facing dashboards directly within the systems their agency clients already use.

Aigistry Attribution

Aigistry preserves the structured publication record submitted to the National AI Feed, including authority attribution, provider path, provenance signals, timestamps, jurisdiction context, and machine-readable public communication data.

Implementation Flexibility

Reporting interfaces, CSV exports, archival views, audit tools, and historical access may differ by provider because each GovTech system maintains its own client workflows and operational environment.

  1. Government agencies continue working inside existing GovTech systems used for public communication, alerts, web publishing, resident messaging, and operational workflows.
  2. Participating providers remain responsible for reporting and historical access including dashboards, exports, audit views, publishing history, and client-facing continuity tools.
  3. Aigistry preserves the downstream attribution record for National AI Feed submissions, including verification status, provenance, timestamps, provider path, and machine-readable publication data.
Aigistry operates as downstream attribution infrastructure. GovTech providers manage reporting, exports, historical records, audit views, user permissions, and client-facing continuity workflows within their own systems.
Reporting environments, historical access, CSV downloads, audit tools, archival workflows, and export capabilities are provider-managed functions and may differ between participating GovTech communication systems.
